Mike Skowronek 

Mike has been involved in the business valuation industry since 2005. He transitioned into this industry following a banking career that spanned over 30 years. Mike received his business valuation training and accreditation through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). In both his business valuation and banking careers, Mike has focused on providing service to the owners of family-owned businesses.



Mike received his MBA from Texas A&M University. He also is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University and received a Bachelors of Arts from John Carroll University. Mike is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Steve Broder

Steve has extensive experience in all phases of M&A and is a seasoned Valuation professional. His career history includes positions as Financial Analyst, Valuation Analyst, Financial Planning Manager, and Director of Business Analysis with NYSE-listed corporations, and Advisor to and President and General Manager of small businesses. Industry experience includes Oil & Gas, Oil Field Services, environmental, beverage, wholesaling, telecommunications, and professional services businesses.

Steve received an undergraduate degree in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay, Wisconsin, and received a Master of Business Administration, Dean’s Merit Award for Outstanding Achievement, from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, Texas. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a Certified Exit Planner (CExP) and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
