Mike Skowronek founded Strata Business Consultants in 2005 following a career in commercial banking that spanned over thirty years. Throughout his banking career, he was a trusted advisor to hundreds of entrepreneurs who owned and operated their own businesses.   In 2009, Dustin Williamson joined the team after a career in private equity and investment banking to open Strata’s Austin office. 

Strata was founded to help business owners understand the value of their business, the drivers of that value and ways to successfully exit his or her business on the business owner’s terms.
